There were certainly some hiccups with the apartment not actually being ready on the day my movers were scheduled to come, but the office staff were very helpful in getting me transferred into this new unit and I appreciate that. All maintenance requests and the washer/dryer were promptly taken care of. So overall not too bad. 9/10
